1. Website and collection

The website presents the JAMM DISTRICT collection and store experience. Product images, colours and descriptions are provided as a guide. Actual colour, fit and detailing may vary slightly by screen, batch or item.

2. Availability and prices

Stock, sizes, colours and final prices are confirmed by the store before payment. Adding an item to the website bag saves a local selection only; it does not reserve stock or create a completed order.

3. Orders and payment

The website bag prepares a WhatsApp message containing your selected items, sizes and quantities. An order is confirmed only after JAMM DISTRICT verifies availability and agrees the final price, payment method and collection or delivery arrangement with you.

4. Collection and delivery

Collection and local delivery options depend on location, stock and operating hours. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances outside the store's control.

5. Exchanges

Exchange eligibility depends on proof of purchase, the item's condition, hygiene considerations and replacement stock. Items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging and tags where applicable. Confirm the current exchange conditions before payment.

6. Website content

The JAMM DISTRICT name, identity, graphics and original website content may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. These terms may be updated when the store's services or policies change.
